Building your self-esteem.

 Self esteem  is the way you see,  and feel about  your self in your mind.  Low self-esteem  is seeing yourself as a 'not good enough'. It is most times  a result  of painful  experiences and events that leaves dent allover  your mind. Sometimes  not just events but the fear of failure  also contributes to low self esteem.
The truth is your mindset controls your actions  subconsciously.
If your mind is where your self esteem is visualized that means it is your body view headquarters.
Firstly, learn to protect  your mind. You alone can truly  determine  your picture. Don't  give people a seat in 'theaters chamber'

These are suggested steps to overcoming  low picture  of you (low self esteem )

  • Find out your fears that you know are not supposed  to be feared.  By so doing  you know Things and events you are to watch out for. 
  • Define your asset and work on it.  This helps  you shine on what you do best. Its something  that pushes you out of your shell without  having  to apply  force.
  • Migrate with positive people and be assertive. Cut off from humans  you know all they do is lash out on you publicly. Try to be around  people that encourage and support your dream. Of all, be aggressively confident. Don't keep your  idea to your self.
  • Permit No. When you have healthy  self-esteem, you are not easily  tractable because  you don't  just concord without thinking  through  freely. The moment  you start saying  No  to some people and ideas,  you are gradually  building  up your  esteem 
  • Learn to share  feelings  with others. It could  be a confidant or just group of friends  or siblings that you feel you can trust.
Dwelling  with low self esteem  for a long time may have versed effect on one. So try work on your self and avoid  that.
